Is there anything that I can submit for payment on it? I can do the lines separately for Newmar in the portal. The authorization is older, and they typically expire after 90 days. I am surprised this one hasn't yet. It has 11 lines on it, so if we can cut the chances of having to do all of them over on a new PA, that would be my suggestion. @Sarah C @Jeff M

If a complete A/C is still needed, obtain specific additional authorization with supporting diagnosis. The old approval sheet flags a parts return for this item; confirm the renewed authorization's return terms and retain the required return proof. Learning: verify correct parts against the job before ordering, track ETA and authorization expiry together, and submit eligible completed lines before one delayed part holds the entire RO.
