@Stephanie K From what I understand Lippert has a year guarantee on the Schwintek package. I have included WO #71579 that was opened 05.12.25 & finalized on 07.01.25. We replaced Part #71-3755 -CONTROLLER V-SYNC II FOR SCHWINTEK IN-WALL S/O and Part #18666 - SCHWINTEK STD 32 X 61-3/4 HC51 RH1. The Schwintek has failed again. I dropped it in this file since I did not know where to place it

Talked to Brian on this one, he advised Lippert typically only pays 1.5 hours of labor, but it is usually 6-8 hours per side. Will ask for 6, and see what Lippert says.

@Jeannette Britton Could you please provide tolerance measurement photos for review? Please ensure the photos are taken straight on (not at an angle) and that all measurements are clearly legible. A total of eight measurements will be required. @Stephanie K I added the finalized WO in this file, 71579F - Is Lippert or Warranty wanting the above information from WO#71579? The complaint was: CUSTOMER STATES WILL NOT CLOSE ALL THE WAY / WON'T GO OUT STRAIGHT. The cause was: Front upper bearing block has sheared from h column causing damage to rail and gears. The correction was: Replace entire schwintek system. Removed and replaced slide system. I gave the WO back to Chris to be re-dispatched back to tech.

@Jeannette B Lippert responded to the email, it does appear that you were included on that. They would like the motors removed to manually extend the slide and then get the measurements, as they are required to be considered for warranty approval.
