@Jeannette B Line 1 is approved for a $175 sublet to repair the carpet on claim 2556225 under work order 71948. I'll get the other lines in on a new PA under this work order.

The other claim in the system is 2552159 under work order 71948. It has a line for a chip on the slide trim above the couch and the other line is for a screw hole and hammer mark on kitchen window. The window job on 2552159 is paid. Is this the same as job 18?

@Stephanie K @Brian P Forest River sent a window to be replaced. When customers arrived I could not find any open work orders but Ree knew about the window and carpet repair. So I believe this should be on a different claim. From my understanding screws were poking thru the seal. Brian may be the best one to ask on the window replacement.

Ok. Brian, can you shed some light on this one? I have a paid window on claim 2552159 under work order 71948. It is for a screw hole/hammer mark on the kitchen window frame. Is it the same as job 18? The labor paid for 1.0 hour with parts F100106667 and F100747355.

Job 7 is now approved for 2.0 hours. FR reduced the time stating that the labor request was excessive and since this is not a bonded wall, it should be relatively easy to replace.

@Stephanie K I believe 2.0 hours will not be enough time. In order to remove the panel both bunk beds will need to be removed, along with all the trim then the panel will need to be cut to size, replaced with all the trim and then the bunk beds will need to be reinstalled and secured. I tried getting pictures showing it's a complete wall with the 2 bunk beds.

Hey Jeannette, Chris Fendt bumped the labor to 3.25 hours for the wall. I had explained to him everything you told me, and he gave an additional 1.25 hours - will that be enough?

@Stephanie K Being that the tech requested 8. I don't believe Forest River will give more time being that they only bumped it up by 1.25

@Brian P Hey Brian. On job 12 - it looks like some U channel was ordered on invoice 14742353 - should that part be claimed for job 12? It's part F100151111 qty of 2. It's the same invoice that the panel, stile and charger were ordered on.

I don't know if it is too late, but there were some freight charges that were not billed out that I claimed, just FYI. I claimed an additional $43.03 of freight for the pantry pull, and $701.29 for the panel, stile, charger and the u-channel invoice.

The freight charge for the pantry latch wasn't billed because they sent the wrong part but that works for me. John is adding the u-channel to job 12 and I will fix the freight charges. Thank you for catching that, I really appreciate it!
