@Brian P FR states they cannot see damage to the floor - just the wood. Can you send pictures that show the floor lifting or highlight where it is? It's hard to tell in the pics, and I am not sure that I am looking in the right place.

Hey Brian. I sent FR a note and explained where they could see the floor separation near the corner of wood that is damaged. Tony responded and said that while the wood is being repaired, the floor should be able to be glued down. He is not seeing damage to the flooring where it would need to be replaced.

The slide damaged the section and needs to be replaced. We glued it down as a temp repair.
