@Jeannette B Hey Jeannette. For line 8 - I'm going to have to split this apart. I'll have one line for the wiring repair to the controller and then a second line for the plumbing issue to the sink. Can you let me know how much of the 1.5 hours is for the wiring? I'll use the rest to put it towards the plumbing.

@Stephanie K I will do 8A for the sink being plumbed backwards. It sounds like he took more time chasing the wiring so I would put the 1.0 for line 8 and .50 for the plumbing. Would you like me to resend the WO showing this?

@Stephanie K This is how I did 8A Complaint: Found the sink was plumbed backwards - bathroom Cause: Tested the whole unit hot water out of all facets Correction: Switched the plumbing on the sink and reinstalled the controller to the wall
