@Jeannette B Job 1 is being sent to the vendor to see about getting an authorization. Job 2 - FR is checking with production to see about this line. It might be a couple of days before I get a response. Just FYI.

@Jeannette B As suspected, both lines have been denied. Vendor is not offering coverage, but will help with part identification for window if needed. For line 2 - production determined it was damage which is not warrantable.
