@Stephanie K This is the one we talked about. I forgot to put the labor on WO, some of the times seem a bit excessive but I'll list them Job 1 - 2.0 Job 2 - Need to order part - .50 Job 5 - Will need to go to Sublet Job 6 - Probably will not be covered but seems kind of soon to have to do being he is getting leaks - 2.0. I told customer no guarantees but would submit.

Hey Jeannette. Just wanted to check with you on this one - I can't even find a flat rate code that would be appropriate for job 5 for the coolant leak. Everything that I can see regarding Cummins or chassis items Newmar does not cover, at all. Do you still want me to try?

@Jeannette B For jobs 1 and 2 - Newmar would like an explanation on why they should cover this for the customer. For line 2 - they suggested a phone call which will then determine if they proceed with the supplier. Job 6 was denied.
