Hey @Brian P. Newmar returned this stating that since the customer has an invoice for repair, he can submit it to the Newmar Customer Service for reimbursement.

@Brian P After Newmar told me to tell the customer to have them submit it to customer service, they went ahead and approved the sublet amount to be paid to the customer. Do you want me to try and submit this for payment now and see if the payment goes through?
