@Jeannette B For line 5 I need the model and serial information please. For job 9 - before I can get PA on this line, I need to know what is going to be done. Is it something that can be repaired or does it need to be replaced. Will also need model/serial info. For job 11 - Before I can do a PA, I need to know what the actual repair is going to be too. I can't just ask for diag time.

I know it has been redispatched to the tech, awhile ago actually, but there hasn't been any update or updated copy of the work order uploaded. It's nearly 3 months old now.
