This is what I was told from the tech: It's not tile it's linoleum and a floating floor. Said the floor will need to be lifted, the damaged wood would need to be repaired by adding putty, sanding and leveled. The old linoleum will need to be under cut and the new linoleum over cut while making sure to match up the damaged piece to the rest of the flooring. Trimmed to fit inch by inch but thoroughly cleaned prior to adding new linoleum. I can add this to the correction on the WO if needed.

Hey Jeannette. Jayco is willing to give an additional hour, for a total of 3.0 Her response is below. Thank you for your email. The most I could approve on this repair would be one additional hour. The area that is damaged is not very big and it should not take very long to repair. Please let me know what you think about an additional hour and then I can reopened and reapprove the pre auth for you. Please let me know if you have any questions!
