@Brian P @Jeannette B This is denied. Jayco said it was already paid on J01262314-002, however, I can't find it in the portal to confirm that. I am going to email them and see if they can send a copy of the claim.

Jayco sent over the claim settlement document, I have attached it here for you in DB. With that being said, the original claim paid for .75 hours of labor, not 2.0. Being that the original claim submission is more than a year old, I am not sure that trying to go after the 1.25 hours would result in any payment. I'd have to use the dates the repair was completed from the previous claim for consistency, and that'll put it beyond the time frame Jayco allows for claim submission once the repair is complete.
