Hey, I got them, but for the recliner, they needed pictures of the tags as well. I didn't see them uploaded here. I got the PA in with what you sent, but just want to let you know I might still need those. Also, I had to put jobs 12 & 13 on a new PA, the information FR was asking for was not received in time, and they were denied on the original PA. The new claim number for those two jobs is 2678561.

The tech took the pictures needed. However, he said there is no repair needed. The spring was detached from the handle. Operating as designed now.

@Rhianna S @Jeannette B For job 12 - the invoice for this part shows the cost at $320.10, it's like this was doubled in price, but without the markup on your work order. The correct pricing should be $368.12 and then the $19.14 freight.

Freight will also be off on job 10. Quantity of 2 was used on this work order, but 8 ft were ordered. Freight needs to be divided amongst each one. Total freight for this is $40.56 for the u-channel. The remainder will need to be claimed at $20.28 for each foot for the remaining 6.

@Jeannette B Hey, I tried to give you a call on this one, but no one picked up the line. For line 6 - there is a whole lot going on there now that was not there when I got PA. The only thing approved is to fill the staple holes under the vanity. There is now work being done to the shower surround on this line to resecure it. Does that need to go in for PA? I know we talked about this one a lot, but I can't seem to find anything in the comments to spark my memory about the shower issue.

Yes, everything has been submitted for payment off of this one that I can. The shower and the rivets that go with it are the only thing that aren't, so you can write it up and I can do an entirely separate PA for it.
