TESTING AND LEARNING — Testing/Learning claim review: MYRV RO 72836-1, PA 2689236. The pantry-door measurement question has already been answered: Measurements.pdf and the photos show the uneven opening/non-flush door, and Approval.pdf acknowledges the upload. Do not request those measurements again. Forest River authorized 2.5 hours ($475 at $190/hour) to start, against the 4.0 hours/$760 requested. It expressly allows review of additional labor when supported by technician documentation and photos; the $285 difference is not an established write-off. The last parts response says parts are still awaited. Confirm which jamb/frame parts remain outstanding, receipt or ETA, and the actual repair/completion date. If the work exceeded 2.5 hours, preserve the actual extra operations, time and during-repair photos for supplemental authorization before billing that difference. The current photos show the original misalignment and screw damage, not the completed repair. Closeout should establish the repaired door operates and closes correctly, the removed TV/fireplace are reinstalled and checked, and the final itemized claim agrees with approved labor/parts. No final invoice, submission confirmation or remittance is present.
