@Brian P Job 1 from FR - This will be a vendor issue. The vendor requires pictures of the entire front of the compartment door while closed and pictures of the white tag on the back side of the compartment door. We require pictures of the entire backside of the compartment door regardless if it has a sticker or not. Please send requested photos. Thank you.

Keep me posted. Typically, 14 days is all they allow to get the requested information before the line gets denied. I can update the line and let them know unit has been delivered but will be back for repair and picture could be taken then.

Hey Brian. I see the other claim for this unit is complete and has paid. Is this one a for sure no go now? I'll move it out of here if this one isn't going to be done, and can respond to FR that the picture was not able to be obtained. I know we had talked about this one back in March and decided to let it be for awhile, pending the blind, but now that it is complete I just wanted to touch base on it.
