@Jeannette B Dometic recall approved .75 hours. I would print this off and attach it directly to the work order. After recall is complete and the card is filled out, I would take a picture of it before sending it in the mail. If anything happens to it, Dometic will not pay the labor. If needed, I can send picture to Dometic as a PDF if it gets lost.

Dometic doesn't issue a "claim" number. They file them by "Service Event" numbers. The service event number for this work order is 10366540. It should also be the number reflected on the check from them when it comes.

I don't have any way to check payment on this since it is a vendor claim. It was submitted for payment at the end of January. I emailed them on March 19th to find out what the status of it was, and have not heard back. I know Jeannette said she mailed the recall card out, and I attached a picture of it when I submitted it for payment. Let me email them again and see if I can find anything out. I will forward you my email to them as well.

I called and spoke with Barb in the recall department. She said she would go ahead and process it for payment. She said it's likely "in one of the stacks over there, but remembered seeing it." They cut checks at the end of the week, so hopefully next week some time you will receive the check.
