You'll want to be in the folder for this work order to view the diagnostic sheet. When you have this PDF open, if you hit the "X" on the left side of the screen, near the word file, that will take you back out to the folder which contains all the files related to this work order. The PDF for the diagnostic sheet will be there, and then you can print or email it to your tech.

I checked with the tech regarding the form. He called Lippert and received a case number and was informed by Kathy, at Lippert to replace the fan
