@Stephanie K I believe NEWMAR asked if the seal was checked or replaced. According to tech he cleaned and checked the seal but the toilet is still leaking.

Is it leaking out of the bowl relatively quickly? I assume it's leaking down into the tank. If the water level could be seen dropping on a video, and the tech wouldn't have to record a long time, that could work. If a video can't be taken let me know and I'll respond to Newmar.

@Jeannette B Job 1 approved .5 hours for seal and .5 hours for toilet replacement. The toilet replacement is a separate job from the seal in Newmar's portal, so if you would like to make a line 1A, you can.

I understand. I just need to know if the Newmar part number for a toilet seal is 39602A. I tried entering the toilet seal as a miscellaneous part number since it did not come from Newmar, and they asked me to enter the Newmar part number instead, 39602A is the only part number I can find for a toilet seal in the park lookup, but I just want to confirm.
