@Stephanie K @Brian P Brian's sticky note reads: tech to KOA - give .50 for travel time if not all time

For job 1 - there is already a claim against a window shade at the sofa for relocating brackets. Is this a different shade? The notes don't have a specific location, so I want to make sure it isn't the same one. For labor line 2 - do you want that submitted to Newmar? I see you have a lot of diagnostic time involved at this point, but it doesn't look like a repair was made.

For job 1 we can use a bedroom location Job 2: We looked all over the unit for a switch to turn off the light. We traced all wiring and called Newmar for wiring location. We finally traced and found the fuse powering the lights and pulled fuse. No repair was made as customer was leaving town.

No, there wasn't a repair was made. Typically the manufacturers don't cover diag time, especially for no repair. I can try for it.

@Brian P @Jeff M Claim 72708 was still not marked as complete. I just did that dated 01/02/26. Claim 72708A is still not marked complete. The WO is closed and there is an AR for it. Is there a reason why it is not completed on the Newmar portal?

@Sarah C - Just trying to help out, here is what I've gathered on it. My answer might not be quite what you're looking for, so please @Brian P feel free to chime in. Newmar (CSTROZIER) just responded to this on Friday with this note for line 2 (see below). SO YOU RELEASED THE COACH WITH NO REPAIR AND ARE CHARGING 3 HOURS FOR SOMETHING YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX AND DID NOT LOOK UP DOCUMENTATION OR COME UP WITH A FIX? I think when 72708 was marked complete, this one somehow got submitted for payment as well accidentally. Brian hasn't told me this one was ready to submit for payment, so I'm not quite sure how it was. Nevertheless, if job 2 is ready to submit for payment, I do need to respond to that comment from Newmar that is above. $92.50 is pending payment for the shade, but the remaining $555 is for job 2 that was returned with that note above.

@Brian P Newmar (JMTRAXLER) wants to know if you have a case number from your phone call with Newmar. I can see that "ALDUNNING" has a note that pictures are from case 01052022, but I can't tell if that is also for the phone calls or just the emailed pictures.

The sad part in all of this is, they couldn't tell us this information that day when we called. In addition, the customer could not leave the unit to wait for engineering.

Right? It took until it was being claimed that someone helped. Let me know if you are ok with this time. I could always talk to Phil and see if there is anything else we can do to get your time back up to the 3.0 hours you were initially approved for.
