@Stephanie K This is the one we spoke about this morning. Customer did pay a diagnose fee of $220.89, which she is not happy with. As of today tech has 3hours into it. It would be nice if customer can get her diagnose fee back, if possible

Currently approved for 2.0 hours. However, in the feedback area it looks like a total of 4.5 was authorized. I've emailed to have them clarify and to see if we can get the customer reimbursed for any of the diag time. Additionally, there is another line on this claim in the portal to replace the stile and it is approved for 1.0 hour.

@Jeannette B Approved 2.0 hours to replace compressor board Approved 1.0 to replace a stile (stile is not mentioned on the work order, but is on the claim in the system) Approved 2.5 to replace the refrigerator, so 5.5 hours total.

Hakimah said she approved 2.5 hours for the fridge so that 1.0 hour of the labor could be reimbursed to the customer. I'll attach the email here too. Refer replacement is 1.0 hours and then diag is 1.0, totaling the 2.5.

@Stephanie K The tech already has 2hours into it. He did the initial diagnose, then Furrion requested additional testing, so customer had to come back in. Then once the part arrived tech installed it, so that took additional time now we will be replacing and installing.
