@Jeannette B For the steps, manufacturer would like to know if you have photos showing the steps going past the door. The wall repair is approved for 1.0 hour to repair, not replace. See note below. Dealer has requested more time than what is normally approved for this repair. Wall panel does not need to be replaced. This can be sanded, filled, and overlayed.

I have added additional pictures. The entire paneling, along with corner batten strips and regular batten strips will need to be ordered, along with wider steps. Tech is requesting 2 hours to complete

Forest River has responded to the wall panel repair, and they are not approving replacement. They have authorized 1.0 hour to sand, fill and overlay the wall panel. I've added the additional pictures, and am waiting to see what they are going to approve for the steps. Thank you!

@Stephanie K I may have checked with you on this already. What are the chances of getting additional time on Job #2. From what I see we had a WE-OWE to replace the panel. I know we received approval to sand, fill and overlay but the panel is now in and needs to be removed and installed.

Hi Jeannette. Forest River did not approve the replacement of the panel. They only authorized the sand, fill and overlay for the repair.

I don't think the panel is going to be paid. FR specifically said the panel replacement was not authorized and to sand, overlay and fill it instead.

Is there a reason the panel was ordered after they said it did not need to be replaced? If I need to update it because the repair didn't work or make it look satisfactory, I can do that, but if there isn't anything additional to add, I really don't think it'll pay. Let me know.
