@Stephanie K CLAIM #2503663. When the awning came out it ruined the fabric. Fabric will need to be replaced

Hi Jeannette. The authorization on this unit is 1.0 hour for the recall procedure only. Please let me know how much time the tech needs to replace the awning fabric and send photos of the awning serial number. Thanks! My apologies, the entire awning will need to be replaced since the arms and all got damaged. As soon as I receive the data tags I will send them. Tech is requesting 2 hours to remove and replace

Approved 1.5 hours for awning! Recall time was adjusted down to .1 instead of the 1.0 originally approved.

@Jeannette B Just as a precaution - if the tech finds any additional tags after the awning has been uninstalled to put the new one up, have them take pictures.

@Stephanie K Good morning. Mr. Gabaldon sold this unit. I have been in contact with him trying to get the new owner to bring unit is so we can replace the awning. So far, I have been unsuccessful. Just thought you should know.

Hey Jeannette. This approved PA is now expired. I did enter a new one and will submit for payment once it gets approved, but I just wanted you to know that it may be a couple days. The last time I had an expired PA that had to go through the vendor they had to reach back out to the vendor to make sure they would still authorize.
