We doubled checked the water heater as the unit just sold. If the flow is controlled the water heater functions normally. There is no issue with the water heater. We still have to replace the decals. @Stephanie K

@Stephanie K @Jeannette B @Jeff M I corrected this WO and uploaded the finalized copy. I split claim#2532176 and submitted for payment. The split claim # is 2575644 for the decals which is on WO 72579-1. I also added a comment to this WO referencing the new claim # Just wanted to keep everyone in the loop

Hey Sarah and Jeannette, I see the claim that was submitted for payment for the valve and the dust cap got kicked back. FR wants to know if Suburban sent over the valve? You guys were authorized to replace the gas valve on job 3 - but the final copy of the work order has totally different notes and the part was not claimed. No parts were claimed for the dust cap on line 5 either. Do you not need any parts claimed for this work order? (I know the decals will go on the transferred work order)

Going through all the notes on this one in DB, it does look like job 3 ended up being a NPF, Brian had left a note back in January about it. If that is the case, I am not sure FR will pay the 1.0 hour you were authorized, since that was for replacement of the valve. I can see if they would pay some of it for diag and rechecking it. For the dust cap - I can just use shop supplies at 5% of approved labor - which would be $.48 cents if you want.

Lets see if they will approve any diag time for job 3. If not, I will adjust the WO again if I haven't done EOM for January. Sounds good on the dust cap.
