@Brian P Please update the 3 C's to include a cause of failure and correction. You can type them here in DropBox in the comments if you would like. @Jeff M

There was a claim done in Newmar. Claim: 71126A I believe they had authorized 5.00hrs. There will need to be a new claim submitted in reference to this claim.

I see 71126B - which is now denied. It doesn't show on the claim what the approved labor time was, I see 5.0 hours was requested. There still aren't complete three 3 C's on this work order, and are you still wanting 5.0 hours? In the dealer notes section it states that Newmar needed to make a new cover because it was glued in place and the tiles might break/frame could get bent if you had to pry up.

In the dealer notes section it states that Newmar needed to make a new cover because it was glued in place and the tiles might break/frame could get bent if you had to pry up, so I am not sure if the job still requires 5.0 hours if you don't have to pry it up. Please review and advise. *Note: In the future - if you have multiple work orders the are for the same job, or reference back to each other, you should still be getting complete 3 C's on the work order. You can reference back to the original, but you'd want to make sure that the newest one also has complete notes and times. On this on in particular - with a correction of "unable to repair," this doesn't look like it needs to go to Newmar at all. If you have any questions, let me know.

We do need to resubmit claim: 71126A / It had been approved already but now denied due to time of claim: Newmar sent the parts needed to repair. The 3c's are on the actual Newmar claim
