Jeannette For line 1 - it is approved for 5.0 hours, but are you able to verify that you sent the picture of the motor tags and the controller over to Newmar? I don't see an updated note from you on the claim that it was emailed over, so I just want to make sure I do that if you have not. Also, just FYI this job will require a parts return. @Jeff M Job 3 is not on the authorization, do you need that claimed? If so, please send labor needed. Job 2 appears to be a NPF line.

We submitted pictures to Newmar, received parts but when tech went to install they were the wrong parts. We sent additional pictures and they are still not correct.

Jeannette, I've got another authorization in for the additional 4.0 hours needed to install the correct motors, however, what about line 3? Did you need time for that? It wasn't addressed when I sent it back the first time?=.

The additional 4 hours has been approved, but I still need to know about line 3.

This is what the tech put as cause and correction: Cause: Retainer brackets set too far apart causing bracket to hit hardware on ends of shade track. Correction: Removed window treatment. Removed shade. Removed brackets and repositioned to location that allows for proper fitment. Reinstalled all components and tested shade. Completed = took him .43 to complete

Shade is approved for the .43 requested. Just noting again that the additional 4.0 hours is approved, as well as the 5.0 that was origially approved for line 1.

The claim for job 1 paid $4200.42 and shows there is a part return required. @Jeannette B @Jeff M @Stephanie K Has this been done so I can anticipate payment for the remainder?

Yes, parts were returned. Tracking 1Z7919760330097370 and 1Z7919760326057788 via UPS ground  There is another claim for this one 72504A that paid an additional $819.55 (it was for an additional 4.0 hours of labor on job 1 and the shade on job 3) I'm not sure what the remainder is other than maybe the 4.0 hours? My copy doesn't have totals on it so I can't see what is missing.

I didn't realize the 72504A payment of $740.00 was for extra time on 72504. I've applied payment and cleared AR to zero.
