@Brian P Job 2 - which two shades are they (bedroom, dining, kitchen, etc.)? I see the pictures of the shades down, but I can't tell where they were located. Also, there should be two of those little white stickers on the rail, one for each. I closed the workorder and submitted job 2. The touch screen we put in stock as we can not locate the defective one on the lot. This was a RIcardo situation. I back flagged Ricardo's time for job 1.
