@Brian P This is the one we talked about yesterday. When I talked to Phil yesterday, he advised that it was for the black tank, not the fresh as noted here on line 1A. He also advised that this typically pays 1.5 hours, so the 8.0 you have requested might be a bit excessive. Phil said he talked to Chris back in November about this one, but they still would like you/Chris to call them to discuss this one. The customer is pretty far out of warranty, so he also expressed some concerns about that. He also stated parts 030620 and the JB Weld would also be needed. Case 1035094 @Sarah C @Jeff M

Spoke with Leon at Newmar. This claim shows that a part return is needed and that KIB also has to authorize it. He was not able to change the status, but he verbally stated that he will adjust it to no part return and that KIB would not need to provide an additional authorization. Just wanted to keep you in the loop. @Brian P I'll keep my eye on it and let you know when everything gets changed to no part return and and additional auth from KIB is not needed.

It went to ALDUNNING and she marked it for part return and noted the additional auth from KIB. It wasn't until after I submitted it for payment that she got it and put that note on the claim. He is going to fix it though, so we should be all good. Just wanted to keep you informed.
