@Jeff M @Sarah C Just an FYI for you on this one - Flameking was supposed to be sending the propane tank to you, but as of a couple of days ago, the part still has not been received. This was approved back in November. I've tried contacting Christy via emails, notes on the claim, phone and I can't get a response from her as to what the status of this part being sent to you is. I know Brian has had Rhianna try too. I'm not sure how to move forward with this one so you can complete the work if I can't get a response from anyone.

Hi everyone. This one is proving to be a bit dramatic. Apparently, when Nexus granted the authorization to replace the tank, they never sent a request over to Flameking to have the tank sent to you. Flameking is not willing to authorize a rust issue, and mentioned that the propane tank was more than two years old and had no record of a sale. I did advise that at the time authorization was granted, this was a stock unit. I have not sent anything back over to Christy at Nexus yet. I wanted to see how you wanted to move forward with this one. Seems like if Nexus authorized a tank replacement, and it was a fault of their own that they didn't check with FlameKing to see if it would be covered, that they should be willing to cover the part if you got one locally. However, I didn't know if you wanted to proceed that way or not. Let me know your thoughts on this one. I will forward all of you the email chain as well.

Jeff - did anyone get back with you from Nexus yet? Christy went pretty silent yesterday on the email chain - so I was hoping maybe they reached out to you directly to get it resolved after you called. We know Flameking is not going to cover it, and it seems pretty clear that Nexus is on the line for a propane tank. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.

Just FYI - no updates to the claim have been posted in the portal. No new notes about a tank being sent or a tracking number from Nexus after the emails and conversations that were had about this one. I know Jeff spoke with his rep and a tank is supposed to be coming, but want to keep you all in the loop on the timeline, as a precaution. @Chris B
