@Jeannette B I need to know how much labor you need for line 2. Additionally, the DAF that was sent to the manufacturer is for a different unit. Do you have a DAF that notes this damage to the wires that you can send me? @Jeff M

According to the tech, the person that checks in the units did not notice this till after the driver left. The DAF shows loose trim throughout unit and stained wall panel under TV. That panel will need to be measured.

Yes, I have to get an authorization for it first. When it is complete and ready to submit for payment is when it goes into the #6 - Ready to Submit folder.

Sorry Jeannette, if this is ready to submit for payment, you are correct. It goes to the #6 folder. HOwever, I see you are creating a new folder and just putting the PDF in it. You want to add everything to the exisiting folder, and then move the entire folder to #6. If you need help, give me a call.
