@Stephanie K I would like to transfer Job #6 to WO#72120-1 since the blind needs to be ordered. Is that OK or do I need to leave the entire WO open till the part comes in. Tech has already exceeded the allowable time to replace the blind

Sure, I split the line for the kitchen blind off to a new PA, so you can reference 2544455 for the kitchen blind on your new work order. There is a copy attached here in DropBox as well.

@Stephanie K Thank you, I will close the original WO, do the claim and then submit that one to be claimed. I will send it shortly

Ok, sounds good. I'll keep my eye out for it. As a reminder, when you are submitting things to me that are ready to be submitted for payment - add a final copy of the work order to the existing folder, and then move that entire folder to the #6 ready to submit. The other day, you dropped in a couple of PDFs, but the folder for that work order was still in the #5 approved. If you're ever unsure of how to do it, feel free to give me a call! :)

72120-1 is in claims paid. Should I move it to submit for payment?
