You can send the one with pricing for the pre-auth as well if that is easier. We don't need "different" copies so to speak, at pre-auth we just need a copy that has all your job lines, your 3 C's and your labor in the notes or in the comments in DropBox. It's not going to hurt anything if it has pricing on it at pre-auth, but we do need it to submit for payment.
