It's ok, we had a Nexus one (72605) that we worked on last week and the work order numbers are very similar. Still need the info for this one though.

Jeff, I'm not sure if you're wanting me to respond to these or if your note is for Jeannette, but I still need the information that was requested on December 30th. I also did a follow up on 1/2 and 1/7, have not gotten info yet.

@Stephanie K I am not sure how to proceed with this one. I am not showing we have a DAF, you are right Job #3 should be a warranty item with .50 to install. Job #4 request .20. Job #5 request .20 and Job #6, again we do not have a DAF I checked unit. It appears he cleaned the stains off, if possible a .10 would be great.

I found the DAF, I've uploaded a copy here in DB for you. However, the faucet missing is not noted on it, which may be why it ended up being an internal line. I will try for it, but it is likely to be denied since it was not noted.

@Jeannette B Job 3 - denied, not noted on DAF Job 4 - approved .2 Job 5 - on the photo can you circle where the wire is not plugged in? Job 6 - need pic. I looked through what wasn't labeled, and I'm not sure which picture might apply to this line. I see what looks like stains on a panel, but not trim. I also see some areas that look like they need putty, but maybe it is staining?

@Stephanie K For job #5 if you zoom into the 1st and last picture on that job # you can see it. Job #6 were stains on the panel not the trim, tech cleaned but there is still a few smudges he was not able to get off. I believe detail may be able to remove the stain. From what I can see on the pictures there is additional issues, but not listed on the DAF so I am not sure if I should add them or leave as is

@Stephanie K Sorry for Job #5, tech had .20 and for Job #6 .10, if approved

I do think that we should always try to get it covered, but I will tell you that I have .7 more requested in labor for lines 5 and 6. Each of the flat rate codes pay .5 in labor, so the tech only had .3 into both lines, that gives some extra time.

@Stephanie K Apparently the faucet was removed because it had poor flow and would not let the water heater kick on. Is it possible to resubmit this for warranty.

Jeannette and I talked about this work order, we are not moving forward with the faucet. Faucet was borrowed from this unit to repair a different unit on work order 72289. The faucet line on work order 72289 was denied as well because required photos were not sent over. Additionally, there is already a claim in the portal for a faucet on the bathroom sink on this work order that was denied because notes stated it was missing and not noted on DAF. The reason it was missing is because it was borrowed to fix 72289, which is where the faulty faucet was. If this one was borrowed to fix 72289 it was not faulty at all.
