@Stephanie K This is the one I spoke with you about. I have no pictures to provide and on the WO it's listed as a WE OWE, which tells me it was not on the unit when he picked up. Per our Parts Department part was dropped months ago to customer.

@Jeannette B I spoke with Phil today. I have to do a new claim for this one. It is too old to use the claim in the system. I'll get it in today. Also, Phil is your new person at Newmar. They changed the regions. His direct line is 866-290-3836 if you ever need to get in touch with him.

It's claim 71978 in Newmar's system. The BOOTH claim was too old and I had to do a new one. There is no part return required marked on the line. I had put on the auth that you had tried contacting customer multiple times and were not able to get in touch with them to get the part.
