@Stephanie K Job #2 - yes flat rate time. Pictures are attached with wrong size - customer already has correct size tire. Job #3 was caused by bad batteries, related to Job #5 batteries were replaced, Job #7 from what I am told is not a warranty item, Job #8 after battery was replace took care of that job

@Stephanie K In all rights Job #8 was caused by the bad battery. If I need to change that to internal let me know

It should be internal. If replacing the battery fixed that concern, there is nothing to claim for warranty. Jayco does not pay diag time, and since there was no repair or adjustment made, there isn't anything to submit for warranty. The notes state here is was operating correctly.

@Jeannette B Job 2 - approved .3 Job 3 approved .2 JOb 4 approved .5 - NVCB,Time requested is excessive,Per dealers description of this repair. This authorization is pending ALL requirements of repair code have been met.TD Job 6 approved .2 Job 9 - denied - FR is not participating in this repair. They didn't provide a reason, but I am assuming it is because customer took delivery of unit in May of 2025 and the PA is just going in now. Likely assumption is that FR thinks that customer has had the unit for months and caused damage by slamming door or jarring it open/closed. Let me know how much you want me to push on this. I know the work is from July, I can email Tony Dile and let him know the situation if you want.
