@Brian P - For line 8 - If cylinder will not fill during the first time fill, remove the cylinder from the filling process and turn tank upside down and right side back up. If you hear the float moving inside please call National Supply at 574-295-9200. If you do not hear the float moving, shake cylinder and listen again for float movement. If you hear float movement reconnect the cylinder to the filling process and fill. If cylinder still does not fill please call National Supply at 574-295-9200. Any disconnection of LP system or components requires pressure testing and requires all numbers from collar of DOT Cylinder. I also need a picture of the full DOT number if you still have the tank. @Sarah C @Jeff M

@Brian P Job 2 - FR is requesting a video of the leak. Is this something you're able to get? I know this is an old one. @Sarah C @Jeff M Job 5 approved 3.0 hours - 7.65 was requested with the labor breakdown you sent me and they reduced it down stating we requested more than what is usually approved to do this repair. I'll email FR and see how they are accounting for the time they approved and get back to you with any feedback they have.

@Brian P What is going on with this unit? It is sitting on the lot on display with the underbelly half off and laying on the ground, wires hanging out and panels taken down inside the unit. Looks like we started this workorder and have labor going back to November. Do we have the parts @Rhianna S @Kimberly M ??

I looked through all the parts, we don't have it. This was an old workorder. I think Ricardo threw it out and he is no longer here. Also, the guys throw out most parts dealing with black tanks. I know this one was new but we hate having the stuff set around. Wonder if we an argue with the factory. This is like a 9 dollar part and they will pay 25 bucks to ship it back,.
