Draft 2538167 in system until labor times are provided. Jeannette, for the toilet, as a precaution, you should also get a picture of the serial/model numbers if you still have this unit on the lot. The tags are typically required for any repair to the toilet.

Hey Jeannette - can you let me know if the tech searched the unit thoroughly? FR is waiting for me to enter feedback. FR stated sometimes the parts are put in closets or under the couch. I realize this one is old and they likely can't search the unit to see if it was stowed somewhere unusual. I would assume the unit was properly checked, but I don't like to put in a response without confirming first.
