@Alix M Good morning, Alix, This is an old claim it was originally approved in GD, pre auth # 559241. The work was unable to be completed until recently due to the customer not being in town. I'm not sure if we can work with GD and see if they will goodwill any of this but it is worth a try considering it is over a $2K claim. @ANNA F This is the response I received: Good Afternoon, I am showing this pre-auth was submitted and approved over 2 years ago and that the unit is 2.5 years out of warranty.   Unfortunately, due to the length of time and the unit being so far out of warranty, this pre-auth will respectfully remain denied.
