@Heidi H File name is 64124, but they have handwritten RO 63985 on the printed copy. Attached in the file is a paid claim acknoledgment for RO 63985. I made two separate lines in the recon. sheet for this file. Could you take a look at it and let me know if this is how you would like it done in the future, should this happen again?

Also, I assume tape is a shop supply and no parts req. would be needed?

@Stephanie K Please log this work order as 64124 on the requisition sheet. Work order 63985 has already been sent to iCS and paid, so if that isn't logged on the requisition sheet please do so. The dealer handwrote 63985 as a reference for @Dianne L because this repair was found on 63985 when they were doing the PDI.

@Heidi Huntley @Stephanie Kendziorski Correct. Even though the RO is 64124, claims were processed under 63985. 2 cliams paid on 5/11/2021 claim 590650 paid $85.70 and claim 590631 paid $53.95 totalling $139.65 being paid for this repair order. a $38.22 overage on this RO. Moving to paid folder
