@DENNY HINTON: just an fyi of explaination This claim was created in manf site on 2/26/21 - this starts the 30day completion count down. They give 30 days to complete and process pymt. We should have claimed completed before 3/26/21. We didn't get it to payment processing until 4/26 so they charged the claim a penalty of $109.38 to process payment. For every month that goes past the start date- the penalty gets higher. Keystones way of getting claims processed/paid in timely manner is to put a time limit on it or charge for that additional time. I just wanted to explain this one for future warranty claims.
