@DENNY HINTON @Matt Boes @Ashlee Olsen / email sent 63985 / vin MX021848  Customer: Harris has labor and lamp shade paid64124/  vin MX021848  Customer:  Harris has labor and wallboard/seam tape paid Now RO 64056 VIN MX021858  This is the unit that they took the parts from for the above claims.. but parts were ordered under the Customer unit/ vin 848 unit and also processed under that vin.How to process these same two lines, with no parts showing under this unit in Forest River-

@DENNY HINTON just a note for you to pass along to your internal service writer. The tech service bulletins are also added on warranty pre auth. Always get photos, photos of whatever is required- etc. This unit 64056 tech bulletin has been added to this pre auth. Every .10 counts. ;-) Submitted for labor on lamp wallboard and tech service. "Lamp was swapped out with customer's trade in and wallboard parts were from stock" Call me with any questions. Thank you ! Your dept is doing great.
