I SCAN IN WHAT THEY BRING ME. I WAS TOLD THAT WITH THE FORMS IT WOULD GO BACK TO DENNY IF ANYTHING WAS MISSING AND NEEDED TO BE ADDED. I AM SCANNING IT AND ATTATCHING IT TO THE FILE.

@AMANDA Y I understand what you are saying, I'm going to tag both Denny and Dianne in this one so we can get what we are looking for. @DENNY H please provide Amanda an invoice copy that shows totals, instead of N/C. In order for us to ensure you are being reimbursed properly or as expected from the manufacturer we need that copy.
