@cody e @Jeremy G Do you have a picture for line A? With it being an hour of time requested, a picture is going to be required because it is higher than flat rate, which will need to be approved. If you don't have a picture, I'd suggest just doing flat rate of .3, then we can just submit it for payment without needing a pre-auth.

@Alix M The screen is fixed and this is much cheaper route that ordering a new screen with new frame
