@Jeremy G @cody e @JASON S This was approved for 2 hours  R&R the converter due to it not working properly. This converter will have to shipped to us for testing. Pending the results of the testing will determine if this claim will get paid out.

@Alix M @cody e Can we ask for Approval to use the converter we had on hand instead of Forest Rivers, We used a meyer one as the customer just bought it the day before and we had that one in stock . I will attach a invoice to the RO

All tested paperwork is attached.   Parts Tested: GOOD   Please advise if you would like this part returned to you at your shipping cost. If so, please provide your UPS account number and the return address. If we do not receive an answer by July 2nd, the part will be shipped back to you at your cost. There will be a chargeback from FR on this part too. Please let me know if you want the converter back.
