@JASON S @cody e @Jeremy G To assist KRV with initiating vendor recovery, please attach photos of the defective furnace board for identification, (part may need to be uninstalled) to send to our supplier. Also a clear photo of the white bar code serial tag from the refer, typically found under the doors on the frame. *We only have until 7/14/26 to get them these photos before they deny this.
