@Alix M @Jeremy G @Michael B i do not know the claim number and suburbans approved time and if the part needs to be returned i filled out what i could with all the customer information but the rest needs to be filled in with who ever is summiting this.

@cody e @Jeremy G @Michael B We need more information as to what the tech did to get 1.8 hours of diagnostic time. Once I get more information, we will send the letter to go after more time, but we do not feel what is listed on this WO justifies 1.8 hours.

@Alix M @Jeremy G @Michael B this water heater the customer brought in in a box so it took extra time to hook up water lines and propane to test but jayco doesnt need to know all that they wont cover it if they do so if you can just get what time you can and we will handle the rest.

@cody e @Jeremy G So just confirming that the water heater was delivered to the customer? Was this sent under warranty to them as this will create confusion when submitting for payment. If they customer purchased their own, I am unsure if that will be covered under warranty. Please provide as much information so I can reach out to Jayco prior to use submitting this.

@Alix M @Jeremy G as i said on the 3rd of april the customer could not bring the camper to us the could only bring the water heater so it took extra time to hook everything up. but jayco does not need to know this as they will decline any repairs if they water heater was out of the camper so you just need to get as much time as you possible can and we will have to cover the rest..
