I understand that you uploaded those during the PA process, but they are requesting photos of them completely removed from the unit. I am only relaying what they are asking for specifically. You are still supposed to hold on to parts for at least 30 days after claim paid. I am not sure what the hesitation is here in providing them what they ask for.
