I am moving this back to PA information needed. After talking with Cody, the times listed on the RO are only diagnostics. We need the Diag time and the Labor time. I have emailed Keystone to revise the PA back to us in their system so I can update once we get that information. Thanks!

I have updated the PA and resubmitted for approval. @cody e @Jeremy G Keystone is stating this unit shouldn't have come with an inverter (Job B) I am not sure how far we will get with them on approving more than the 0.5 hours they previous approved. If you have any information on this you can provide me with that shows this unit did come with an inverter, that would be helpful! Thank you!

Emailed Keystone as they denied the switch for Job A stating this was never approved to repair. I see how the wording the in correction is confusing, hoping they will acknowledge and pay.
