@Ashlee O @Heidi H - iClaims TEST REVIEW 2026-10-14 / RO 27717. Reviewed the RO, both DAF pages, all five PA pages, 117 photos, sampled frames across both short videos, and existing comments. JOB 9: The RO says entry-door hinges / color match / .30 hour, but the photos and Suburban tag show the stair assembly, and the authorization specifies COMPLETE STAIR ASSEMBLY replacement / .50 hour. Reconcile the component, correction and labor description and retain the supplied authorization conditions. PHOTO MAPPING: Stephanie's September 21 correction assigns LINE 7 (6).jpg to Job 8. Supplemental door views and tags distinguish Jobs 7 and 8; do not request that same clarification or manufacturer tag again. PA LINE NUMBERS DIFFER: PA 9 is RO 10 (kitchen cabinet), PA 10 is RO 9 (steps), and PA 15 is RO 16 (bedroom door). Match by narrative, not number. RO/approved-hour differences include Jobs 7 (1.0/.50), 11 (1.5/.50), 12 (.20/.10), 13 (1.0/.50), and 14 (.50/.20); other entries were approved above the RO figure. Preserve actual technician time and retain revised authorization where needed; these are not verified payment shortfalls. JOB 21: The photos show installed ceiling A/C grille assemblies and tags. Identify the exact missing cover/insert and correct part rather than treating the whole assembly as absent. DAF page 1 also notes a very loose refrigerator and a non-retracting seating-side shade; identify their disposition or separate repair reference rather than assume they were resolved. The drawer video shows movement at the under-sink front; the switch video shows actuation and the slide area, not completed corrective work. Today's 12:27 PM discussion already asks whether parts were ordered. Resolve that existing order-status question; authorization is not installation, and this is not a demand for completed-repair photos while work is pending. No original files, approvals or claim status changed. [TEST-27717-20261014]

No, they are different doors. I think the mess up is on line 7 #(6) photo goes to line 8. This was a mistake on my end. I have attached more photos for line 7 and 8 for proof.
