The September 4 reply already confirms both window weep holes are clear and top seals checked; retain that diagnostic evidence rather than repeat the same request. ITEMS TO RECONCILE: RO versus September 9 authorized hours differ for Job 3 (.30/.10), Job 4 (.40/.25), Job 5 (.40/.10), and Job 7 (1.0/.30). Confirm the intended claim hours and any additional authorization needed; preserve actual technician time. These are authorization differences, not a verified payment shortfall. Job 6 says replace two cabinets, while its labor line and ordering note specify two cabinet DOORS; make the final work description unambiguous. Keep the stated goodwill conditions for Jobs 5, 7 and 8 with their approvals, and keep external Jobs 9/10 separate. Today's comments record parts arrival and handoff to service at 12:06 PM, so this review is not treating pending completion photos as a present defect.
