@Stephanie D Hey! Here's the feedback from Lippert: Thank you for providing the requested photos. Unfortunately, it appears that the stabilizers do not have the required 16 inches of clearance to allow for proper operation. As a result, we will not be able to provide warranty coverage, as the equipment cannot be operated in accordance with the required specifications. If you have any questions or would like to discuss this further, please let me know. But then FR asked this: Hello all,   Ashlee – is it possible to move the unit to one with a flat ground instead of being on top of rocks as it is showing in the pictures you provided? I do believe this may be throwing off the measurements.
