@Chris L I spoke with @Tessa C and she needs the length of the cable and how long the track is. The tracks are color coated and this is the only way to get the correct parts for the repair.

@Ashlee O We received the parts for this unit and they are all incorrect. This is something that the techs would not be aware of until repair was being made. I am going to forward you the email where Tessa sent Rockwood. Can we please ask for another .50 for this? The tech has taken the failed parts off and has had to take time to prove the incorrect parts were sent Tessa by photo.
